Meet our Founder and Chairman Dr. David Nghiem is the Founder and Chairman of Global Environment Center (GEC). David is improving the environment with new technologies and informing individuals about environmental issues. He was an Assistant Dean of the Cullen College of Engineering, and a Director of the Telecommunication Center at the University of Houston. David has also spent many years in the telecommunication and medical industries, including Harris Corporation, Qualcomm, USA Wireless and Medtronic. He is an avid researcher. His work has been published in leading academic and scientific journals. He has been recognized as having very high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction. 

 

Dr. Nghiem is an entrepreneur. He is the Founder and CEO of Global Wireless Technology, Inc.  He is also revolutionizing the education system through practical application.  Dr. Nghiem is the Founder and Chairman of Global Learning Center, Inc.
